Event Flowers FAQs / Terms & Conditions

    • We deliver from Wednesday to Saturday. For morning events, we suggest scheduling delivery the day before to ensure everything's perfect.

    • While we can't promise specific delivery times, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

    • You're welcome to pick up your order from our Cockburn Central studio.

  • Got a special colour or vibe in mind?
    Let us know at least 3 weeks in advance, and include all the details in your checkout notes.

  • Vase Arrangements: With a little TLC, your flowers can last 5–7 days.
    Here's how:

    • Keep the vase filled to the brim with water.

    • Cut your stems and refresh the water every 2-3 days.

    • Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and air conditioning.


    Vaseless Arrangements: These beauties last around 2 days due to their limited water supply.

  • We take great care in packaging, but if something's not right, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right. After 24 hours, we can't replace flowers, especially if left in extreme weather.

  • We handle refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis because flowers are perishable. Minor variations in appearance are part of their natural charm.

  • Please double-check your delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive your order.

  • Sometimes, things happen beyond our control, like extreme weather or strikes. In such cases, we can't be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.

  • Keep Cool: Store your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight.

    Day-of Care: If your flowers arrive the day before, give them a fresh drink of water or a light mist on the day of your event.

    Handle with Care: Treat your flowers gently—they're delicate!

  • Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute certain flowers with similar varieties of equal value without prior notice.

  • We require full payment when you place your order.

  • Need to cancel?
    Let us know at least 7 days before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee.

  • If there are any changes to your event details, like location or timing, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note a further travel fee may apply.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the flowers and services provided. We aren't responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

  • We love capturing our floral creations! We may use these images for marketing unless you request otherwise.

  • Blanc: Elegant whites and creams for a sophisticated atmosphere.

    Limoncello: Bright and soft yellows and whites inspired by sunshine and citrus.

    Citrus Burst: Cheerful oranges, yellows, and peachy tones for warmth and energy.

    Berry Sweet: Rich pinks, deep reds, and berry hues for a romantic vibe.

    Pretty Pastels: Delicate pastels for a whimsical and charming setting.
